Delivery assistance may be arranged for residential, commercial, and project-based orders, depending on quantity, destination, and logistics feasibility.
Freight and handling
Freight, unloading, and other handling costs are determined based on order size, route, and site conditions, unless a different arrangement has already been confirmed.

- Standard working-hour delivery applies unless a separate schedule has been agreed.
- Inner-city, suburban, and inter-provincial lead times vary according to stock readiness and transport capacity.
- Pre-order or made-to-order items will follow the timeline confirmed during quotation or order approval.

- Please inspect quantity, condition, and item identity before signing for receipt.
- If there is visible damage, missing quantity, or a mismatch, note it immediately with the delivery party and notify us.
- For customer-arranged transport, the customer is responsible for the transport risk after handover to the chosen carrier.

Materials are prepared and packed according to their transport characteristics. Additional wrapping or handling steps may be applied for long-distance shipping or fragile items when needed.
