Shipping Policy

We aim to arrange delivery clearly, safely, and in line with the installation or handover schedule confirmed with the customer.

Delivery timing and transport cost depend on order volume, destination, handling requirements, and the agreed project schedule. We communicate these details before dispatch whenever possible.

1. Delivery scope

Orders with delivery support

Delivery assistance may be arranged for residential, commercial, and project-based orders, depending on quantity, destination, and logistics feasibility.

Freight and handling

Freight, unloading, and other handling costs are determined based on order size, route, and site conditions, unless a different arrangement has already been confirmed.

2. Delivery timing

  • Standard working-hour delivery applies unless a separate schedule has been agreed.
  • Inner-city, suburban, and inter-provincial lead times vary according to stock readiness and transport capacity.
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items will follow the timeline confirmed during quotation or order approval.

3. Delays and unexpected issues

Weather, traffic, transport incidents, supply interruptions, and peak-season constraints may affect the final delivery time. When that happens, we will inform the customer and update the expected schedule.

4. Goods receipt and inspection

  • Please inspect quantity, condition, and item identity before signing for receipt.
  • If there is visible damage, missing quantity, or a mismatch, note it immediately with the delivery party and notify us.
  • For customer-arranged transport, the customer is responsible for the transport risk after handover to the chosen carrier.

5. Packaging and transport handling

Materials are prepared and packed according to their transport characteristics. Additional wrapping or handling steps may be applied for long-distance shipping or fragile items when needed.
