Morser Laminate Flooring Structure

Morser Laminate Flooring is composed of 04 layers, with a prominent surface layer (aluminum oxide coating to increase hardness, AC4 standard), along with a super water-resistant HDF core layer, with water immersion and elasticity up to 48 hours.

The HDF core is produced from tropical forest wood, harvested in strict compliance with environmental protection regulations, ensuring the finished flooring is stable, balanced, and perfectly suited to Vietnam's climate.

The Morser Laminate Flooring product is designed with 100% V-groove edges using the latest Unilin-Click/interlock technology, ensuring precise connections, higher durability, and no gaps during long-term use.

Outstanding features of Vietnamese Morser Industrial Laminate Flooring:

-Surface abrasion resistance according to AC4 standard, scratch-resistant, good friction resistance.

-High-density HDF core layer, pressed under a pressure of 1000kg/m3, with good load-bearing capacity and impact resistance.

-Morser industrial laminate flooring has unique characteristics, using European wood grain patterns, manufactured on German technology lines, applying one of the most modern closed-loop production processes in the world.

-The wood planks are made from tropical forest trees with a long lifespan, pre-processed to remove wood impurities, bark, and processed into a white-yellow wood pulp. This is the most important factor in creating Morser flooring products that are safe and environmentally friendly.

-Scientific tests show that Morser Laminate Flooring has a high safety index, with very low adhesive content in the wood planks; the dense wood planks are mainly due to advanced compression technology. Therefore, the product has very low Formaldehyde emissions, meeting European E1 standards.

-Morser's water resistance is quite good, nearly equivalent to famous brands from Malaysia or Thailand.

-The back of the wood plank is printed with the Morser brand and product color code along with the words “Made in Vietnam” to distinguish it from counterfeit or low-quality products.

– Morser 12mm thick standard white core: Wood plank dimensions 12mm thick, 147mm wide, 1223mm long, wood grain textured surface, AC4 wear resistance standard, B1 fire resistance, E1 safety level. Wood planks are packed in quantities of 10 planks/box
– Morser Laminate Flooring 8mm thick green core moisture-resistant: Specification 8mm thick x 150mm wide x 1225mm long, wood grain textured surface, AC4 surface wear resistance level, Formaldehyde emission level according to E1 standard, E1 fire resistance level, wood planks are boxed in quantities of 15 planks/box
– Morser Laminate Flooring 8mm herringbone: Specification 8mm thick x 150mm wide x 1225mm long, AC4 surface wear resistance level, Formaldehyde emission level according to E1 standard, E1 fire resistance level, wood planks are boxed in quantities of 8 pieces per wooden box.
