• Workplace: 48 Street 9, Pham Hung, Binh Hung, Ho Chi Minh City

## 1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Products: Vinyl flooring, wood flooring, carpet, and various other interior and exterior decorative materials.

• Customer Care: Consult, support, and care for existing customer base handed over by the company.

• Market Development: Proactively seek and expand the network of new customers in the assigned area.

• Coordination: Work with relevant departments to ensure contract progress and customer satisfaction.

## 2. BENEFITS & INCOME (Extremely Attractive)

Actual income ranges from 15,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND/month (Unlimited based on capability):

• Fixed Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND (Negotiable based on capability, sales targets not applied to fixed salary ).

• Allowances: 2,000,000 – 2,500,000 VND/month (Lunch, phone, gas).

• Commission & Bonuses:

  • Sales bonus from 1.5% – 3%/month .

  • Spot bonuses for exceeding KPI, quarterly/annual bonuses based on business results.

• Benefits:

  • 2-month probation (opportunity for official employment after 1 month if performance is good).

  • Full BHXH, BHYT, 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses.

## 3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 22 years old and above.

• Skills: Good communication, diligence, progressive spirit.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Word, Excel.

• Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred. No experience will receive dedicated guidance and training.
