SAN-02 Anti-static Floor Wax is a specialized floor polishing chemical, imported directly from Japan. When applied to the floor surface (such as vinyl flooring, raised access floors, anti-static floors), this product will:

• Create a glossy, durable finish: making the floor look clean, bright, easy to clean, and scratch-resistant.
• Prevent static electricity: dissipates static charges generated during movement, reducing the risk of damage to electronic components and equipment.

Basic specifications:

• Product form: liquid, milky white.
• pH: 8.0 - 9.0 (mildly alkaline, safe to use).
• Usage: Use directly, no dilution required.

Instructions for using SAN-02 Anti-static Floor Wax

1. Prepare the floor surface

• Clean the substrate thoroughly, removing dirt, grease, and impurities from the floor.
• Ensure the surface is dry before application.

2. Apply wax

• Use specialized tools (floor mop, wax applicator, or floor cloth).
• Spread the SAN-02 evenly over the entire floor surface, avoiding pooling.
• Wait approximately 30 minutes for the coating to dry completely. During this time, do not walk on or place heavy objects on the floor.

3. Reapply coating

• Multiple thin coats (2-3 coats) can be applied to achieve optimal gloss and the most stable anti-static performance.
• Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.

4. Put into use

• After applying the final coat, wait at least 4 - 5 hours before using the floor.
• The best performance (scratch resistance and static stability) will be achieved approximately 36 hours after the final coat has completely dried.
