CAMPUS LEVELING 34 is a pre-mixed, single-component, cement-based mortar with excellent self-leveling properties and fast setting. The product helps create a flat, smooth substrate before applying other finishes such as tiles, epoxy paint, carpet, or vinyl flooring.

Practical Applications

CAMPUS LEVELING 34 is used to flatten and create a smooth surface for various substrates before finishing:

• Concrete surfaces, new or old cement/sand screeds.
• Old tile surfaces: ceramic, terrazzo, marble, granite…
• Hard, water-resistant dry gypsum-based surfaces.
• As a substrate before installing carpet, vinyl flooring, decorative tiles, or epoxy paint.
• Suitable for offices, commercial areas, public spaces, and residential buildings.

Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation: Clean off dust, grease, and impurities. Remove weak concrete, repair deep dents or cracks with grout. Then apply a coat of Primer (diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio).
2. Mixing: Mix 1 bag (20kg) with the amount of water specified on the packaging. Gradually add powder to water, use a low-speed mixer (≤ 600 rpm) for 3 minutes to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
3. Application: Pour the mixed mortar onto the surface, use a specialized squeegee to spread evenly. For large areas, cut expansion joints every 4x4m maximum. Use a spiked roller multiple times to release air bubbles and achieve flatness.
4. Finishing: Standard thickness is 2 - 3mm/layer. After approximately 24 hours, the surface will be dry and hard, ready for the next finishing layer.
