Maxcrete 651 is formulated with shrinkage-compensating additives to minimize cracking after application, ensuring a strong and lasting bond with existing concrete substrates.
The product achieves compressive strengths of up to:
40 MPa after 7 days
50 MPa after 28 days
As a result, Maxcrete 651 effectively meets the requirements for repairing concrete structures under heavy loads.
Simply add water according to the instructions for immediate use. Its high viscosity allows for convenient application on vertical surfaces, often without the need for formwork.
The mortar has an adhesive strength of 1.7 N/mm², ensuring a strong bond with old concrete surfaces and minimizing peeling during use.
Chlorine-free.
Contains no corrosive iron.
Non-toxic.
Good vibration and impact resistance.
Maxcrete 651 is widely used in civil, industrial, and infrastructure projects due to its high versatility:
Repairing spalled or damaged concrete.
Patching holes and voids in concrete.
Applying floor overlays.
Patching concrete edges.
Anchoring and grouting bolts.
Creating fillets and chamfers.
Other applications requiring high-strength, non-shrink materials.

Standard mixing ratio:
01 bag Maxcrete 651 (25kg)
4.25 liters of clean water
Pour approximately 4 liters of water into the mixing drum, slowly add Maxcrete 651 powder, and mix with a mixer at about 500 rpm. Then add the remaining water to achieve the desired consistency and continue mixing for about 3 minutes until the mixture is homogeneous.
Completely remove dust, oil, grease, and impurities.
The concrete surface must be sound and free of loose particles.
Reinforcement steel must be cleaned of rust.
Dampen the surface before application but avoid standing water.
For voids or damaged concrete areas, use a steel trowel for direct patching. The maximum application thickness is about 20mm per layer when no aggregate is added. For larger cavities, 50% to 100% aggregate can be added to reduce heat generation and optimize application efficiency.
After application, it is necessary to:
Avoid strong sunlight and wind during the setting time.
Maintain continuous moisture for at least 3 days.
Proper curing ensures the product achieves optimal strength and extends the service life of the structure.
